Excitment mounts......

I'm getting really excited here - we are going to the Star Spangled Banner concet later today and Billy Ray Cyrus is one of the stars singing! yeah! K, can't help it yes I am a fan! lol Comes from his Achy Breaky Heart days. lol Sara Evans, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and some other guy- Bryon someone I'm not familiar with are also there today/tonite. The only thing putting a dark cloud on my excitment is the rain we have forcast for us. It's an outside event so rain would not be welcome!
Had to share my excitment! My fingers are crossed that the rain does not come our way!

This is the first I've been online to let you know- my excitment died......it rained, we had some hail, more rain so needless to say we did not get to go. I was so excited about it then it had to rain. I am not fond of sitting outside in wet clothes for anyone! So- no pics, no exciting stories.......just rain. But on the bright side we got to spend a quiet day together inside.

So sorry to hear the rain won out. It would have been such a cool event.

So sorry Tele. I hate when it rains on anyone's parade....lol! Weather, go figure. I think most of everyone has been getting hit with some really bad storms lately. I hope things go better for ya next time.
