Where Do You See Yourself In 10 Years?

Where do you expect to be in life, what type of job, housing, and so forth. What are your ambitions? Maybe you choose to go back to school and further your education and job money potential and growth? Do you think you will be at the same residence or have moved? All your children moving out or gradutaing by then and the differences it would make in your life. What do you see your future to be?




Me, I know I will have moved from the present location I am at, may take me a minute, but things are a go. I will be back at Nursing once again. There are a whole lot of goals I have for myself and know will be true within this time frame. I could go on for a while, my list is long. But, I know in my heart, I will achieve them all!

Okay guys, I know someone somewhere has something they see themselves achieving, doing, completing, or accomplishing within 10 years no matter what your age. You have to have some kind of goal set in mind. Whether it's retirement, becomming a grandparent, furthering your education or climbing up the latter higher, getting married, starting a family; something. We all have something that we want to do in the next 10 years.

Wow i really have not thought about 10 yrs from now... I am a wife in october it will be 8 yrs and a mother of 4 girls.. and they are still small so.. I will have 2 get back 2 u guys on this one it has me stumped..

I will be on a beach somewhere relaxing , and having granchildren visit me. all the stresses in my life will be gone......

Oh this wasnt supposed to be what I dream of was it?....lol

I love daydreaming , for me its always me on the beach!!! Guess I live in the right state for that..lol

I agree, you can not always know what life is gonna hand you, but in the meantime, it is nice to have something to work towards, and if life throws ya a curve ball, then you just readjust your goals accordingly.

My goal is to have a mansion in Beverly Hills with 2 heated pools one indoor and one out. I also need a go cart race track on my property and a hot tub in my bedroom with a big plasma tv to watch, I need a house keeper and cook too.

LMAO, don't we all want something similar to that! Dreeeeeeaam, Dream, Dream Dream, Dreeeeeeam! LOL

oh and how about some horses to ride too?

I think I'm at the point in my life where I'm searching for answers on what is my dream job! I see it as both an opportunity to look deeper at my ambitions and goals, but also quite scary! I graduate in two years and am scared to finally begin my life. I'm also excited, but that doesn't take away the fear!

I've been looking into houses in my neighborhood so I can live more independently. I live with my brother at the current moment but his gf is moving in and they are pregnant. Within the next few years I want to buy my own place.

Ideally, I would like to in a stable relationship with someone, however, if that is not the case, I may have adopted by then. I know if I get a house that I may not afford adoption as a single mother, so I'm open to the path God leads me.

I like Fancy's ideas of some high-tech luxuries and goodies too! I think in 10 years that stuff will be much more affordable so we can all indulge a little more Just think of how low in cost cell phones have gotten! (not the plans, but the cell phones itself)

Ahhhh, yes the phones prices have come down trememdously, but that is where they get ya with the service! They are no dummies. Give you the phone for super cheap, heck why not even free, but you sign this contract for the next 2 years. If you cancel early, you pay a cancellation fee on top of the remainder of your contract with them.

*Sigh* I think I just typed that I always refused contracts until this year where I got a free phone and added to my family's family plan for only $10. So far, so good. But I've heard many complaints about contracts.

I am also going to have a house built on my property just for the dogs and cats . They can have there own house , and bedrooms and they will have there own maids and cooks too. The will also have there own little pond that has geese and ducks. So if the dogs want to go play and swimming they can with ease.
