Most of us have a few songs that take us back to a memory. Whats your song?


I heard one of mine just yesterday. Until then I had completley forgot about it. It was I think were alone now by debbie gibson? or was it tiffany?
anyhow both those young ladies were very popular for awhile while I was a young teen. I remember being in room (back then I was always in my room) and playing it so loud and singing even louder! I had at one time recorded it off the radio (on the oh so popular cassettte tape back then) and played it back a few words at a time writing down each and every word..........Gosh I was such a nerd!

I remember those songs -- but I thought it was a guy, Tommy something maybe? that sang I Thing We're Alone Now -
for me it's Precious and Few and just pretty much and song Bread sang takes me back way back when.
OMG!!! I used to do the tape from radio to cassette tape too! lol

I Think We're Alone Now was sang by Tiffany. I remember that time era. I did like the perfume that Debbie Gibson came out with!

I have so many old fav's I don't even know where to begin, well actually, maybe I do "Pour Some Sugar On Me!!!!!!!" LOL Def Leppard I believe that is my utmost fav. Another good one ~ Queen "We are the Champions"

yea girls just wanna have fun lol . I used 2 have this type of mini casette tape that had all of i had tiffany , debbie gibson, and cyndi laupers saccettes . they were soo cool i never let it out of my sight until my cousin broke it. cuz her mom would not get it 4 her. i have 2 find a vintage one . They were like half the size of a regular cassette size or even smaller i can't remeber what they r called .

Any music from the Rocky Horror Picture Show instantly transforms me back to age 15, since we went to the midnight show every weekend, sometime twice.

I actually listen to the same music now as I did then- all my siblings were a lot older then me, so for birthdays they would get me albums by The Rollings Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, etc. I listened to them because they were the only albums I had ... I'm glad they turned me on to that kind of music

I've always wanted to go to a midnite showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show!! I think it would be so much fun! I've only seen it on tv tho sadly.
