| LOL, poor fancy. Lets see, I played hooky from work (well actually, I was told I was not allowed to come to work because I have limited use of my left hand for a week with a velcro splint on) LMAO! So really not much. Our cookout will be on Tuesday since it is my birthday also. Oh Yeah ~ NOT! | |

| Sorry to hear about your wrist Dream! Is it carpel tunnel or tendinitis? Hope you aren't in pain! We have relaxed . . . took the convertible out for a few drives. . . . relaxed some more. We did some errands for our friend who is homebound. Oh, and I cleaned the birdcage- what fun and excitment at our house! lol Some of the kids were going to come up but a death in my daughter-in-laws family kept them home. So, it's been a quiet and relaxing weekend and will be a quiet day for us today. | |

| Nah, was bit by a cat and ended up with cellulitis. I am getting more movement out of my wirst now. The cat was a stray that been hanging around here for about 2 months. LOL. Anyhow, swelling down, redness is gone, just still some tenderness with some movements of my wrist. | |

| Cellulitis is infection of the skin and underlying tissues. It is usually caused by staph or strep. The bite was so deep that it did not remove all of the bacteria when I ran it under water for several minutes and then used peroxide. It causes swelling, redness, tenderness in the area it affects and joint pain. Left untreated, it continues to spread and can turn into a more serious condition. No rabbies shot, just was given a tetanus shot since it had been 17 years from that last one I had recieved. They also x-rayed it to make sure there was no tooth fragments left behind and no bone chipping where he bit me. | |

| Sounds like everyone had some interesting weekends!
I went out of town to Santa Rosa with my family. We took scenic drives to view the lakes and stayed at a hotel to swim.
I LOVEEEEE vacations! Even if they are short ones.
How did everyone spend their Labor Day?

| Mmm seafood and steak! Let me share a small recipe for steak that I tried recently and it made the meat so tender.... all it is is you marinate the steak in a ziplock overnight with olive oil, oregano, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. I can't believe how tender it turned out. I want to try this new one I read about the other day, kind of the same thing, but with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic cloves. (I do Southbeach)
Dream, is it still hot there? (overall) because last night here was so freezing. I am looking forward to Autumn.

| Oh it is still smoldering here today. Tomorrow it will go down a couple degrees, but the weekend will be low 80's and will be RELIEF! I love autumn, it is my favorite time of year here. | |
