I actualy I am surprised that we are even that far up on the list. I would have figured us to a little lower since we do have great medical knowledge in our nation, just no one can afford to be cared for anymore. They rape your wallet and put you living under a bridge if you seek medical care for anything more than a cold.

Have you seen Micheal Moore's documentary sicko?
I know alot of people in congress don't like him , especially the republican party, but I like him alot. He is not afraid to expose the truth.

In a lot of those countries ahead of the US, taxes are taken out everywhere to compensate for the free healthcare. So, yes, we have lower taxes on things like groceries and cars, but we have to pay for health insurance. Or we could have free health insurance and our taxes would skyrocket. Which one is better? I kind of prefer the lower taxes instead.

I'm surprised to see Costa Rica one ahead of us. That is kind of cool, since I have a lot of friends there. I bet its the food! US Americans have so many crappy food options for cheap while Latin Americans tend to cook at home and cook REAL and healthy food. Every night in my host family, it was freshly prepared and used real local ingrediants. So I guess that doesn't shock me they are one ahead of us, now that I think about it. Less preservatives means better overall health.

I haven't seen that movie Sicko but saw Michael Moore on Larry King when it was coming out and he talked about it- I want to see it. He's going to be on Larry King tonight or next week - can't remember for sure but he is going to be on and I will be watching. He will tell it like he sees it - I like that about him- he will tell it how it is and not care who does not like what he says.

Tele is you have speakers on your Pc I can give u the link so you can watch it on your computer and not even have to download it. Also he is coming out qith another soon which will be available online too.

oh- yep I have speakers on my pc - - they should work cuz I watch tv shows online sometimes. I know he wrote a book too that is out- they talked about it on Larry King the other nite. I'd like to watch it - thanks!

I did watch the whole movie tonite- - wow really opens your eyes! I knew what it was about but still. Some of the stories really just make me mad- senseless loss because of our healthcare system! It is just so wrong! Thank you Fancy, I'm so glad I got to see it.
