Has anyone had luck with this? I signed up today, in hopes they would be good.

I know they pay by Paypal so that was the main reason I signed up.

I signed up. I never got that first payment. They sent me a survey, but when I went to do it (a few hours after it was sent), it said it was already closed and I've not had anything since. Not sure how this will pan out.
