Romaine lettuce
Alfalfa Sprouts
Cherry Tomatoes
Diced Cucumber
Red Wine and Olive Oil dressing
tsp lemon juice
crushed cashews
I eat one or two of these a day and add in whatever veggies or nuts/seeds I have on hand such as celery, avacado, shredded carrot, Brazil nuts, almonds, homegrown tomatoes, or English cucumber.
Depending on the meal going along with it, I sometimes add shredded cheese, or lowfat cheese or mozerella on top, too.
