This is something I make that is easy and good- tastes good heated up the next day too.
You can make this in either a 9X9 inch pan or a 9X13 inch pan- depending on how much you want to make.
A package of tortilla shells
Can of refried beans
Ground beef (cooked and drained)
Salsa
Shredded cheese

Start with a layer of tortillas on the bottom of the pan, you do have to over lap them. Then layer everything else, refried beans, ground beef & salsa mixture, cheese then repeat layers. I have the tortilla shells on the top.
Bake in 350 oven or 45 minutes to 1 hour- when the top is browned it's done.
I add sour cream to it when we eat it.
You can also do this with shredded chicken instead of ground beef. You can add anything else you would like- I add olives, onions and peppers sometimes.
