Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large pepper, finely chopped
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
3 cloves crushed garlic (optional)
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Brown the turkey in a large ungreased sauce pan; add the onion and saute. Drain excess fat. Add the remaining fresh ingredients and saute for a couple of minutes. Add the water and remaining ingredients and mix well. Boil off the water. Cool 5 minutes and serve. Serves 4.
