Price of gas going thru the roof!

Gas currently in the surrounding areas of the NorthEast are running right around $3.80 a gallon. They are reporting that Europe is paying anywhere from $6 -$9 a gallon denpending on the area of Europe you are in. Curious as to how much others are currently paying? $3.80 a gallon is more than half of the minimum wage rate per hour even.

Wow and I thought ours was bad ! Glad I don't live in Europe.

Chit Blue, we all need to move to Puerto Rico at least! Although, I do like the price in Venezuela a whole lot!!!!

We are currently up to $3.96 a gallon now.

OMG! Well I dont but gas I have a electric bike I plug into an outlet in my home to charge it!
If i need to go to store I use a taxi service , it may cost me $10 in that day but I go to the shopping center and take care of all my fun stuff and my groceries all in one spot. I save much money this way. Using a taxi saves me on car payments and repairs , insurance and GAS!

We do. It's called citgo. by the time we pay shipping and TAXES it's the same price.

More and more people are taking advantage of the public transportation here. They are getting so many that some places have actually had to turn people away now.

We're about $3.80 here and we drive over to Iowa to get gas. It's about a 10 cent difference and that makes a difference. Iowa is not out of the way for us so that really helps. But still- ouch! They say $4 within a few weeks.
