wow how heart breaking I have donated toys to Toys for Tots in the past at Walmart
but the one here keeps the box at customer service desk where it can be watched

That's really sad and ridiculous that happened. I mean c'mon, how did they make that mistake and put the toys back out? I personally don't think it was a mistake and they are just trying to cover their butts with the bag explanation.
