Ingredients
2 lbs cooked chicken breast
1 small apple
1.5 oz raisins
1/3 cup mayo fat free
yogplait light very vanilla yogurt -1
1/3 cup mixed peppers (red, yellow, green)
Directions
Cook chicken on George Foreman's grill and chill. Slice apples into mini pieces. Mix yogurt and mayo, add peppers and apple and slowly stir in chicken.
Throw on a bed of salad or Doctor krackers! Calories not configured with krackers or salad. Enjoy!
