BLC (Bacon, Lettuce, Ceasar) Sandwich

Multi grain bread, sandwich sliced
Lettuce, shredded
Cheese slices (American, Swiss, or your favorite)
Caesar salad dressing
Pepper to taste
Bacon strips

Toast bread. Top with cheese slices and melt cheese in toaster oven. In a small bowl, add dressing to lettuce and toss. Smother salad over cheese and lightly pepper. Cook bacon in microwave or fry pan and place strips over salad. Add some pickles or olives if you like. Place toasted bread on top to make a delicious lunch that kids will enjoy!

I would never have thought of doing that. Neat. I suggest using shredded parmesan to match the ceasar.
