So you want to quit smoking?

I've been an E-Smoker since September and cut down from 2 1/2 to 3 packs a day down to a 1/2 pack a day.
Whats an E-Smoker you ask?
Electronic cigarette. It's a device that uses water nicotine and propylene glycol to mimic a cigarette.

You can also find a ton of videos on you tube.
You can get starter kits for around $50 and nicotine liquid in many different flavors and nicotine strengths to refill the cartridges. some flavors are cherry, coffee, cola, strawberry, vanilla, coconut, and tobacco. You can get super high, high, medium, low, and no nicotine.
You will have to replace the atomizers and batteries about every two months but it's still cheaper than smoking and these things aren't banned in most places where cigarettes are. There is no second hand smoke or
nicotine stains/smells on your clothes, walls, windows etc...
There is no promise you will quit but many people have and actually prefer this to smoking cigarettes.

After I got laid off I gave up the ecig.. I just enjoy smoking too much.

That sounds like my husband. He told me when I got pregnant with Maya he would quit. Maya will be 3 in December and he's still smoking! Just the other night he told me he was done buying cigarattes, so when he came home from work wasn't I suprised to see a cigarette hanging from his mouth

I only quit because I got pregnant, but I am sooooo glad that I did. We couldn't afford for both of us to have the habit!
