Easy craft for pre-school kids

Don't throw out you empty toilet paper rolls. I am going 2 teach you how 2 make music. LOL We learned this @ the library.

1.Empty toilet paper roll or paper towel roll (papertowel roll can be cut in to 2 toilet paper rolls ) .

2.Crayons or markers

3.Dried up beans or even beads

4.Stapler for use by adult

Take the toilet paper roll and have your child color & decorate it. Then staple 1 end of it . Fill it up with the beads or beans how ever many you want to put in .Then staple the otherside . And shake !! My kids had so much fun making it !! I took the idea home and made my older girls make them.

Sorta an imitation marraca (sp?). Cool Idea.
