2 small cans chili
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 large (12oz.) package of Doritos - crushed
10oz. can enchilada sauce
8oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/4 cup sour cream
2 T. grated onion
For the topping, set aside sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/3
of the Doritos bag.
Crumble the Doritos in the bag with your hands and put into a
mixing bowl.
Mix all of the ingredients, except those for the topping, and
place into a 8 1/2"x11" casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Remove casserole from oven. Spread on sour cream, cover with
Doritos (crushed), and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes and serve.
