Wash Cucumbers. Pack in jars with head of dill in bottom and on top, also 2 small buds of garlic per qt. Bring to boil:
1 qt vinegar
1 cup salt
2 qt water
1 cup sugar
Pour over pickles and seal. Use canning salt!
*Note~About 3/4 of a teaspoon dill seeds would be equivalent to an average dill head
