Thanks for the link. I've been using the Open Kettle Canning. method for years for tomatoes but this year I think I'll go with processing. Last year I canned 6 bushels of tomatoes but this year I'll just do what I get out of my garden. I don't wanna go through THAT again. Going to start my tomatoes and finish my pickles today Maybe I'll do another video before I pick.
