But there are different levels now. Everyone has started out as a newbie member. Next is Junior. I believe we already have one member that made it to Junior. That would be Ismile4freebies!! Thanks Ismile for your active participation , and a special thats to all of you have signed up and participated. It is you ll that will help us grow!

How many posts do you need to be a junior member?

In the future we may come up with some idea's to reward those that reach Advanced members , If you have any Ideas of what that can be please post that here.

And if you make it to Senior- then you will just hit OLD Age- right? lol

I still have not heard of any odeas from you guys . I would like to do something for he senior and adnvaced users, I have a few ideas of my own but they are still in talks with scottie and can't disclose them just yet..... Come on all throw me those ideas.

Here's a couple of ideas...

1. GC to someplace like amazon.com or whatnot

2. A package of freebies sent to the person (only if they feel safe and comfortable with this, obviously)

3. Free Coupon(s)... for example.. free drinks (12 packs) or pizza night or candles.. ect.

4. Junior Moderator for the day or week (not all the privileges, but some of the authority and ability to see how to help the site run smoothly)

5. Pick from a group of prizes (that the Mods have selected) such as girlie items, books, cds, ect.

Hope that helps at least a wee bit.

Istahunwi has a lot of good ideas (though I myself wouldn't want to be a mod at any time) I give all my respect to the ones that take on that job. And Istahunwi should know what a job it is. But all her other ideas are great ones! Keep the good ideas coming. Im not so good at it myself, just know if I like one after I have heard it, lol.

Ista's got some good ideas. I can't think of much more.

Thankies guys. That was nice of you to say. Being a Mod is a hard job. It's not easy trying to keep the peace on a site and still have everyone like you at the end of the day. What I learned was just to put myself in someone else's position. Did they have a horrible day? Are they sick? Was this incident just one stress too many? It helps to put into perspective why people react the way they do. Once you can understand that, you can help figure out a solution that makes everyone happy.

If only everyone could think that way the world would be a better place. Maybe boring, but better. I can live with boring, lol. Stress really gets to me. Keep the good things coming Ista.

Thankies, Teddy. Stress gets to me too. I've just learned what works best for me. It's hard to stay stress-free in this day and age. This site is a great place to start though!

Ista you have some great suggestions. Thanks for the pointers on being a mod, I am new to all this so they will really help.
