I invented this the other day for an article I wrote for Associated Content. The one I'll list here will adapt to my health preferences.
Apples (It's apple-picking season, so buy fresh from the farms)
Caramel Swirl Ice Cream (Sugar Free and Fat Free, I think Blue Bunny sells this)
Any kind of milk (Organic 1% is ideal)
Sugar Reduced Caramel syrup
chopped cashews, unsalted
So, just blend the first three ingrediants and top with the last two! You can even add a thin slice of apple to the top for some "flare".
