SHAKE & MAKE BUTTER
What you need:
1 large zip bag or plastic container with lid
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 pinch salt
• Pour heavy whipping cream and salt into the zip bag or container.
• Seal the container.
• After 15 minutes of shaking the container, chunks of butter will start to form.
• Drain excess liquid form the zip bag, then seal it.
• Store the butter in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it
