Fruit Soup Plus
4 to 6 servings
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
1/2 cup diced strawberries
1/2 pint fresh blueberries
1 cup seedless grape halves
1 cup apple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 nonfat vanilla yogurt (optional)
In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Pour the juices over the fruit and stir well.
Pour the soup into serving bowls or glasses and garnish each with a dollop of yogurt just before serving.
If you’d like this even sweeter, add some canned fruit cocktail, honey, or extra-fine granulated sugar.
