1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1/2 tsp. Salt
8 Cups Popped Popcorn
Heat 1st four ingredients until simmering. Stir in 8 Cups popcorn and cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 min. Cool slightly. Dip hands into cold water (repeat for each ball made) and shape into balls.
Wrap each ball individually and refridgerate. These are best if you let them get to room temperature before eating. I have made these many many times over the years and have always been a big hit where ever I take them.
