1 can pears
6 thick chops
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
Pre-heat oven to 350. Drain pears, save juice. Slice pears. combine brown sugar, mustard and pear juice. Pour over chops in a 13 x9 pan. Top with pears. Bake 40-45 minutes.
*You may brown the chops first in a skillet w/ butter, but I hate to dirty extra dishes so I choose not to.
I had this for supper lastnight, it was delicious.
