I didn't know there was a difference either until I grew sweet potatoes. They have a better flavor and are alot lighter in color.

Actually Dream my husband chucked up cabbage and added dill pickle brine to it. He swears it tasted just like dill pickles affraid

He just made it last night so I will have to let you know how it tastes.

We also make homeade sauerkraut and it is the best cheers
