Yes, Dream, my little Stryder is much better- the meds helped him and he's back to his normal happy self. I just miss him now. lol

I had a Dr appt yesterday and he says I have the beginnings of a heel spur Ouch do they hurt. He wants me to wear a supportive running shoe. No more barefeet or sandals I'm debating whether I want to live in pain or live with the misery of my feet not being able to breathe I was also planning on getting a tatoo on my foot. Since I normally wear sandlas that wouldn't have been a problem OH well, lol it could be alot worse
