I am also looking for those Zhu Zhu pets. They were $10 here at Wal-mart a few months back and I should have grabbed them then. Hopefully I can pick them up before christmas!

Kriss, if you have a Cracker Barrel near you, try looking in the little country store that is usually up front in all their restaurants ... I just saw the Zhu Zhu pets in the one near us last weekend.

I still have no clue what the Zhu Zhu pets are.

Zhu Zhu pets are little hamsters that run around and make noise. They will run on carpet too. There are 4 different ones- I think only 4, different colors, names and noises. Cute little guys and yes as Kriss said very hard to find. We lucked out is how we got them. I know Walmart carries them and Shopko is supposed to carry them too. If you look on ebay or amazon they are way expensive- they were $8 at Walmart when we got them.
Kriss, if you have family or friends in different towns maybe they could check near them? I had my son looking in IA for me.

Hello everyone! Thursday I had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family! Then on friday I went shopping with my sil, we had a great time and got just about everything we were looking for. Saturday I got everything I bought wrapped!! And today we are just hanging out at the house, we are going to start doing some Christmas crafts!

Happy Sunday after Thanksgiving everyone! No sunshine this morning but no snow either so is good. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We had our dinner yesterday with my sons and families and it was a nice day - lots of good food and family to be with, can't ask for a better day.
We shopped a bit on Friday but not the way early hours, we waited and got to the stores about 6:00 am. Did find a few bargins and had a good time too so was worth it. We came home by 10:30 am and rested, enjoyed a quiet day then.
Boy this 4 day weekend has flown by! I'm not ready to go back to work tomorrow. I enjoyed the time off but sure doesn't feel like I had 4 days off.

Hello everyone! Just letting you know I won't be on in the morning, my Aunt just called and wants me to go wrap all her Christmas presents for her. FUN FUN!!!

I had a blast wrapping all the presents LOL My other aunt asked me if I'd stop over some day and wrap all hers also. I hate wrapping, but I don't mind helping others out! So I will be doing that one day here soon!

Still working on our tree - New tree this year and new ornaments slowly coming. Only 1 present so far under the tree, probably will not be much more either - LOL.

I have really been thinking about putting up a tree this year, jsut not sure how much fun it would be!

O Donna, just the smell of the tree in my house is amazing! We finally got ours last night and are keeping it up undecorated to see how the kitten does. It smells wonderful Even if you just get a tiny one I think you will enjoy it.

Hi everyone! Boy time just seems to fly by and more so this time of year. Sounds like everybody is doing well and keeping very busy! I have been too- got the Christmas tree up last week (yep Donna got my decorations before the 5th lol) and wrapped presents last week so not a huge big wrapping marathon the week of Christmas.
Oh, Donna you should put up a tree cuz it just makes it special. We do even if the grandkids won't be here to see it- I like it, Ilike the lights.
This past weekend was a full one too- shopping, more wrapping, finished decorating and Stryder's 2nd b-day party.
We are getting snow now and from the sounds of it could be bad tomorrow. We're supposed to get up to 12 inches with high winds- winter wonderland out there.

Oh wow Tele, I would absolutely love to have 12 inches of snow right now!!! I know I sound crazy but I just love the snow. (No I don't have to drive in it.) When I was little we had snow on the ground ALL winter, now my kids are lucky to see 3 or 4 inches of snow one time during the winter. It's sad, playing in the snow is one of my favorite childhood memories. But we did get enough snow to make snowmen on Saturday!! That was the first time in a long time that we have had enough snow to make snowmen!
